Hey Scotty I’m in a really bad spot atm my 2013 Ford Fiesta out of nowhere said to pull over and that the oil pressure was to low. Then it wouldn’t go past 30mph. I tried cleaning the throttle body and I replaced the air flow sensor and cleaned it but nothing helped and the other day I crunk it but now it’s making a horrible scratching noise and everyone keeps telling me I probably need a new engine. I haven’t tooken it to a mechanic due to timing problems with my job etc. but wanted to ask you and see what you might think it could be? If it does need a new engine idk what to do or what would be the best route I’m right on money idk if I should try and buy another engine for it or sell it or what. It’s really got me stressing badly. Thanks - freddy

None of those things will do anything for an oil pressure problem. Is there enough oil in the engine? If you were driving with little or no oil pressure then the engine probably is shot but more diagnosis is needed to determine that.
