I have a 2010 Lexus ES 350 sedan with 143,500 miles on it.
My Gas Gauge isn’t showing the correct fuel and goes down slowly. What could be the problem ? Fuel pump, fuel level sender ?

There is a high probability that the problem is the fuel gauge sending unit but you'd have to test it to be certain.
