Hello I'm looking for some professional advice on what to do with my 2012 Subaru impreza sport hatchback limited I found out my valve body was bad and needed to change since I'm in the Caribbean it's difficult to find any or they are to expensive. My question is could I replace my CVT transmission and transmission computer and swap in a older transmission and computer to match because I believe they are more durable or buy a new CVT transmission.
What should I do??
I would think switching to an older transmission/computer would present more problems than swapping in a used/junkyard transmission of the correct year.
