Hey Scotty:
I am looking a car for my Uncle. He liked this car Toyota Camry 2010. it has automatic transmission and it has 162k miles on it. it has weird sound coming for the hood. I think it is water pump but not sure what is it. I have the video can you watch the video and let know what kind sound is it and it is good choice to buy this car. I would really appreciate it.

It sounds like a pulley/s. But I’d get it inspected thoroughly first by a professional mechanic, with a repair estimate & only then bargain on the price.
Isn’t there another Camry in your area which doesn’t need immediate work?
