i own a 2006 Lexus is350 I live in Washington Irecently purchased the vehicle with 98k miles a few months ago I was driving home on the freeway I don’t know what happened but everything seemed to turn off I don’t know if it came back on but then my car started braking then and sliding to the right then to the left I tried keeping it straight but suddenly slide Into the side wall on the freeway no other vehicles were involved just me my car is now wrecked
So what makes you think a recall is the cause of the accident?

Go to the NHTSA website and type your vin number to see if your car had any recall or not.
Is there anyway you can prove this and the negligence of the previous owner of ignoring a recall? If yes you could try and sue but nothing would be guaranteed.
