Need for coolant flush with new radiator?

my wife has a 2013 Grand Cherokee with the 5.7 hemi.  145,000 miles.

The dealer replaced the radiator 20,000 miles ago (<2 years). Now they (same dealer) are recommending a coolant system flush.  She asked the tech, “Didn’t you put in new coolant when you replaced the radiator?”  He said “yeah, but all we I’d was replace the coolant.  We didn’t flush the system out.”

Sounds fishy to me, but what do I know. Might be totally legitimate.  (By the way, we have a true Lifetime Warranty on it for as long as we own it.  Don’t want to void it by not doing recommended service.)

Do it if you need it for the warranty. It does not hurt anything.

If it's required in the contract, you may be stuck paying for it.

Otherwise, I don't know that Hemi engines have any special need to be flushed.
