- I have a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer. Has roughly about 160,000 miles. I have this code which supposedly is a common issue in these cars and I’ve done my research but it’s quite complex(for me anyways). The code on the car is P1773, Clutch Pressure solenoid valve B circuit or LR/DIR Solenoid System. Any recommendation or anything is truly appreciated!
- My other problem for this car is that the parking brake light stays on and I’m not really sure how to attack this issue, again any info or recommendation is truly appreciated!

Well that's for the parking light that brake light comes on for various reasons. You could have a short wiring. You could be low on brake fluid. The switch could be stuck. Check those first. Now. Ask for that solenoid problem. You really need a mechanic like me with the bi-directional scan tool to do actual testing to see if it's the solenoids or the wiring or even the computer module gone. Bad. Guessing gets expensive on those and you could just be pissing in the wind guessing with parts.
