Need help F150 2013 fx2 p219B cant clear

I have the new Ediag and downloaded a report. LD report seems to look fine, can't figure it out. I have all new...MAS,evap purge, fuel injectors, coil packs, plugs up stream down stream both banks, pcv to no available. 2013 f150 fx2 5.0 coyote 160,000 miles.

You don't just clear a code, you have to fix the underlying condition. (the code would be just triggered again)
