my car while driving is okay but after this cold weather hit my car is been acting up like it would go normal speed then while am slowing down then press the gas again it won't go past 20mph it would stay stuck while am pressing on the gas like my foot it all the way down for a good min then pick back up need to know whats wrong with it please help i have a honda cry 1997
Without diagnostic data (available from a decent scan tool), anything is just a guess. My tentative guess is that there's a restriction either in the fuel line, or fuel filter, or the fuel pump is on its way out.
It's also possible that there's a restriction in the air flow, as well. Check your engine air filter, your MAF and throttle body. Make sure that they are all clean.
None of this is definitive, but I'd start with a diagnostic scan tool and see what DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) might offer up as clues for investigation.
