I have a 2005 Grand Prix GTP 3.8l series 3 supercharged. I am getting the P0108 code for map sensor/barometric sensor high output. I have found both sensors but im not sure if they were switched around before I got the car. If I swap the vac line from the left to the right it says P0107 which is.the opposite and get a low reading? My rps wont rev past 3500 in park, cars running rich atleast to smell. I checked the voltage on each wire plug and return signal all is 5v. Cleaned both sensors good and it drives but gas mileage is horrible, hard shifting from 2nd to third and still throwing p0108? Im no mechanic just try to get by lol....was going to clean egr valve next. No vacuum leaks btw. And cleaned throttle body then replaced because the sensor attached to it isnt available so got a used throttle body and cleaned maf sensor and engine loss power quit happening.

Well you say the engine power lost stopped with your used parts so personally I'd live with it. And realize that you can't rub one of those engines and park too high it'll automatically shut itself off when you get too high that's a software design by GM. It runs okay now I live with it because you could ever problem and the main computer driver circuits and as long as it runs okay who cares of some stupid code is on
