Scotty,
I'm on my 3rd F150 and currently have a loaded 2016 F150 Lariat with the 5.0 V8. I have 72,000 miles on it and have decided to keep this one. I usually trade-in at this milage however, I'm unwilling to pay $70,000 for a new one. It's in excellent condition, well maintained, and it's used as my daily driver at around 50 miles a day. I want to run this one for a long time. Any tips or recommendations for making this truck last another 100,000 miles?
Thanks,
Steve
And, to quote an old car radio show, "Don't drive like my brother."
Driving gently makes your engine and trans last longer, not hitting curbs saves suspensions. F-150s are pretty robust and can go many miles if treated right.
