Recently bought Haynes Repair Manual that includes several electrical schematics. But there is nothing that includes tail lights, which is the problem I'm having. I suspect its on the same circuit as parking and dash lights, as those also not working
When you mentioned a tail light problem I thought of that Light Failure Sensor in your trunk.
But then you say your marker and dashboard lights aren't working either.
That kind of narrows it down to the tail light relay or a fuse. (I think the tail light relay is above your fuses in the passenger compartment fuse box)
That's the only thing that explains both failures at once (upper Left in the diagrams) ((It doesn't look like a faulty Light Failure Sensor will kill the dash lights or the marker lights)) (((Then again, I did edit the 2nd diagram to show dotted lines around the sensor because it isn't showing all of the connections. We know it also monitors the brake lights which isn't shown))) It is showing the marker lights and the tail lights in the diagram and it looks like the marker lights bypass the Light Failure Sensor in the 2nd diagram.

Sorry for the crappy diagrams, Toyota doesn't like to give out service info for free. Hope it helps to diagnose the problem.
Thanks much for your reply. about to go to bed now but will examine diagrams tomorrow.
I don't think any current is getting to tail light bulb. Red&Blue wire (RL) is power wire. Same color wire not getting any power in junction box below driver side fuse box. I found a wire RB that goes hot@12v when headlight switch is turned on. Any reason I couldn't just jump a wire from that wire to RL that goes to tail light?
I don't really care that much about pkg & dash lights. don't think they are needed to pass TX inspection.
As far as relays go, Ive checked every one I can find under hood, pass side & driver side. They all checked out.
Well the heads off and only have so much I find that alldata DIY has them all
