Hello Scotty,
I have a 2008 Honda Civic 1.8L manual gasoline 115000 km. I used a scan tool to check the OBD parameters and noticed short term fuel trim and long term fuel trim both at negative around -7% at idle closed loop. Is it normal? Spark plugs were changed by previous owner last year at 105000km. Upstream A/F ratio 0.978, downstream ratio 1.004, Maf reading around 1.8g/s.
Thank you.

Clean the injectors.
Thank you. I will do that and come back again to report the result.
You're welcome. The most efficient way of doing that is to use pressure cleaning: https://youtu.be/bKGI9N_yWd0
Clean the MAF sensor and throttle body is a good idea.
