Getting a new car next year sometime and was wondering what you think about a Toyota c-hr or the Honda h-rv or should I go a little higher price and go with the Honda c-rv or Toyota rav-4? Would like to keep it lower and go with one of the first two I listed.

Thanks for any responses.

Test drive ‘em all! Pick the one you like best, than rent one for a day or two. If you still smiling after day or two, … go get yourself a new one!

Anyway, … disclosure: my bias is Toyotas and Hondas, … and Mazda Miatas!

Which one do you want ? What do you need the vehicle to do ? Carry cargo, groceries, kids ? How many miles per day, in what environment (city, suburban, rural, other). Do you need a vehicle that does well in snow, in hot dry sun ?

What I'm trying to say is, there are a lot of things to consider before purchase. It's your money, make sure the vehicle can do what you need, OK ?

There will be a redesign coming next year for the HRV (CHR too?).  Might be worth the wait.

Hoping Honda doesn't shove the turbo in every model.

I think it depends on what do you ant from the car. If I were you, I would consider buying the bigger ones (RAV4 or CRV). Test drive them and then choose.
