Hey Scotty, My 2007 Lexus ES350 with 315,000kms has developed a stumble/misfire, but only when in drive and idling. I just recently changed plugs, both valve cover gaskets and intake manifold gaskets. Could it be a bad plug or maybe a vacuum leak. It doesn’t stumble when in park or neutral and I’m not getting a check engine light or codes. Thanks

Plug wires? Happened to me one time.
The car has coil on plug, no wires. If it was a bad coil, I would get a Check engine light and a misfire code.
I don't think his car has plug wires.
