Good Morning Mr. Kilmer- Thank you for all you do to keep us going! Over the last month or so, some very established companies have come out with pickup trucks. The first one I saw was Caterpillar, this morning I saw Freightliner! The Caterpillar starts at $65,000.00, the Freightliner is $8000.00(yes that is what was posted on this). What are your thoughts on these two, and I would think Freightliner had a misprint on their announcement...there's no way this truck would be $8000.00! Thanks again! Cathy
To add to the question....doing some googling on both, it is reported that both of these ARE NOT TRUE. What is real these days??!!!!
It doesn't pass the smell test. Neither company is set up for selling light-duty vehicles to the general public. The idea that a new pickup truck could be sold for $8000 is ludicrous on its face.
You can expect much more AI fakery in the near future.
