About a month ago I started getting a click when I tried to start my car and it would click 3 times when I turned the keyback and then try to start it again it would start. Well it finally stop starting in front of my house luckily and now after I replaced the starter it does the continuous clicking when I turn the key. I've checked my battery to see if my battery was bad and my battery is good. I also check the BCM, fusing, and I even checked to see if I had voltage drop and none of that seems to be the issue. I drive a 2003 Saturn Ion, any suggestions on what could be the problem?
Check all your ground connections for corrosion or looseness.
Well if the engine locks up it will just click but since it's been doing for a while I would assume either the battery is bad or you have an electrical poor connection between the battery the ignition switch and the starter wiring
