So recently I have got into changing my own oil but I know there are many things to a vehicle to take care of, would you (or anyone reading) happen to have a list of things I can do with regards of mileage and years for example, after 15k miles replace air filter, or after 4 years change your battery.

What does the owner’s manual say?  Start there.  The big ones are engine (change oil/filter every 5,000 miles) and transmission (change oil/filter every 40,000-50,000 miles for regular automatic and every 20,0000-30,000 miles for CVT).  Don’t forget to change differential and transfer case fluids (if applicable) while changing the transmission fluids.

Welcome new member,

Read your owners manual, binge watch Scotty and Chris Fix (and subscribe to their channels), and peruse the forum 5 minutes every day. Invest in a Blue Driver and the Haynes manual for your car.  You’ll get up to speed pretty quick.

You left out a few details like make, model, year, mileage, etc....
