Hi everyone, I have found a Nissan 100NX for 500 euros and I'm wondering if it would be worth it as a project car.
I had the same model for my first car and it was sold years ago. I liked it, it was a fun car, so I'm wondering if it's worth buying for messing around and learning more on fixing cars.
On the listing it looks like it has the 1.6 carburated engine, so probably no OBD available.

If you have the money necessary for a project car then yes it would be a pretty good project car. Why is it so cheap are there issues with it that you can visibly see? Is this an auction? Also, it's an older Nissan so more reliable not that, that would really matter seeing how this would be a project car. If you are willing to do as much work that it needs then I would say buy it.

I can see from the photos that the top of the dashboard is cracked due to the heat and sun. The other thing I noticed is that the 100nx logo at the back, is not visible which probably means that it was repainted.
I will probably test drive it then and check for any rust
Sounds like a good plan and make sure to have a good mechanic check it out
