I have a Nissan Murano 06 SL v6 engine with 161,800 miles on. I just repair mi Catalytic converter because it was making a weird noise when it was on parked and I would press the gas on it. So I repaired the catalytic and it still makes like a hissing/buzzing noise when it’s parked and when I press on the gas. Any idea on what it could be?
Well many things can pause but realize that car has more than one catalytic converter could be more than one is bad. But to find the source of the noise do my video finding the source of car noises Scotty on YouTube
Also it makes the noise when the car is heating up.
Also it’s like if it’s pulling air press the gas but it releases rattle air.
I would double check al of your heat shielding and body shields those are the most common places for a buzzing rattle type noise
It also makes the noise when the car is heating up.

Heat shield vibrations are very common on those the other thing if it sounds air related then check the pcv hose on the back valve cover to the intake manifold they can become brittle and brake or leak
I found out what it was it’s actually the front motor mount that’s making the noise. I had to do one of scottys trick to hear the noise.
Those are electronic mounts if it’s the electronic part making noise you can unplug it and it should go away
