I was teaching my brother how to drive my qd 32 manual. He was driving in 3rd gear, braked without clutching, the vehicle shaked and stopped the engine, 3rd gear stuck and i was forced to force it out now it stuck to 3rd gear and am avoiding gear 3 when driving, what could be the problem? The rest of the gears shifts very well, what could be the problem?

He could have broken the synchromesh on third gear continue to avoid third gear if you wanted to last as long as possible without having to rebuild the transmission
