- Hi Scotty, so I have a situation with my pathfinder I just bought. I bought it used with 130k about 4 months ago.I did get the aftermarket power train warrantee. After driving it off the lot not less then 3k a check engine code appeared. P0174. I took it to a shop and they said it was a pcv valve and I had to replace the plenium gaskets along with it. So I did it. After the fix the same problem came back within less then 200miles. Also my dash lights seem to also flicker when the vehicle starts to act up. I do have a friend that works at a toyota dealership and he noticed that i installed after market led lights for my low,high and fog lights and had mention that they do get rare cases of the led lights making cars act crazy. It'll act up on the highways, cold starts and it gets worse when it's colder out. I do live in Wisconsin and we do get some very cold nights. Now my lock and unlock isn't working. I found a dead 15amp mini fuse but when I go to put a new fuse in It'll blow asap and I can see sparks. Now I can't refuel my vehicle because the gas latch wont open.This car has given so much problems. I bought because you would think a newer will have less problems. Boy am I wrong. Please help.

Sounds like a typical Nissan to me. Get it scanned for codes to find out everything that's wrong with it.
