Truck making strong buzzing sounds while braking at stops

2000 LX470 with a little over 138,000 miles. Was recently not starting and I had it towed to a shop. It turned out the fuel injector fuse was corroded not bringing much gas through. That issue was resolved by a new fuse. Its been 5 days since I got it back from the shop. Over the past couple days I've noticed a buzzing sound that is very apparent only when coming to stops at lights and intersections. The sound will remain while stopped with foot on brake and it will go away after taking back off with foot on gas. (I think) The truck sounds fine while driving.

Something to note about the recent trip to shop. The mechanic found that the tow driver damaged the parking/e-brake cable while loading it up on the truck. He said he could fix it for an extra 300-500 bucks after parts labor and shipping or just remove it and I drive without it for the mean time. I chose to just have him remove it. I have also just discovered a leak from the power steering fluid box.

I would very much appreciate some good insight!

Thanks

Well, if it only buzzes when you puts on the brake it has something to do with the wiring on the brake light. Probably going to a relay and the relay is buzzing or something. But in a really bad situation it could be the anti-lack brake system buzzing. So go to the big ABS module under the hood. Have somebody step on the break and see if that's buzzing. If that is man that's expensive repair and if it worked okay I would live with a buzzing. Realize that thing is so old now. All the accomplished electronics may be going out and it might be time to get rid of the vehicle if you want everything to work perfectly cuz those are money pits when they reach that age. What's that mileage?
