Hi Scotty, i bought a nissan qashqai 1.6 tdi, 2008, 103 hp, diesel, manual, 240000 km. So while driving, the car just lost power, first the red engine light went up, after that all other lights. It doesn't want to to start up. Also I heard a sound before stopping. What's your overall opinion on the car, it's problems and should I sell it. Thank you for your educational content.

A sounds and engine fail could indicate a timing chain problem.
