Are older Nissan better than newer newer models

Well, a really older ones were but you'd have to go back at least 14 years. The trucks are still okay though

Scotty doesn't usually return to topics he has already answered. Based on his past comments I would say to avoid any equipped with a CVT. (That of course eliminates their cars and SUVs based on a front-drive platform going back quite a few years.)
Of course you need to have any used vehicle checked out by a mechanic before purchase. Afterwards is too late.
