When removing my foot from gas pedal at low speed it feels like it is braking or moving forward and backward. Same happens even on the fixed first gear. This happens in traffic, i push the pedal to accelerate and when cars in front of me stops i remove my leg from gas pedal and it feels like multiple braking or jerking are happening. At high speeds or downhills nothing happens.
Any codes?

fixed first gear
There's no"fixed first gear" in a "Nissan" Rouge,
The Jatco JF016E ("JATCO CVT8") is 100% belt driven.
What you want to do is replace the CVT fluid, and disconnecting the battery for a while.
It may reset and begin working correctly but it definitely sounds like your CVT is beginning to develop issues.
It could be other things too.
Fluid was recently changed at Nissan and they mentioned thay the cvt have no troubles.. what could be the other things? No codes are shown. The only malfunction i have is the radar sensor due to non calibration.
It could be other stuff like carbon buildup on the throttle plate, maybe a dirty MAF/MAP,… but does sound like the CVT.
Dealers are frequently not very competent. Take it to a good independent shop that can record live engine and transmission data for analysis to see what's actually going on.
