Hello everyone i have a nissan serrena 2010 model car 200000 plus kilos it starts but dont want to accelerate i mean no acceleration i have scanned and got a p0300 code plus i have water in the spark plug tube what can cause this

Well you might have a blown head gasket if you have water in the spark plugs check that first
