I have a 2015 nissan altima automatic with 72k. I bought it new and have maintained it according to the manual. Today the drivers side wiper doesnt work, It trys to work (quivers) when i turn on the wipers and with the car turned off i can manually move the wiper position. what could it be.

the arm has come loose off the shaft.
