It it worth putting nitrogen in tires. Theory is you don’t have to add during winter. Maintaining pressure.

I've read pure nitrogen doesn't help much in tires since natural air is 78% nitrogen and 21% oxygen.

Nitrogen molecules are bigger than oxygen molecules. That's why the tires hold it better than regular, plus nitrogen is dry.
All commercial aircraft use recap tires filled with nitrogen. Inert gas that is non-flammable.
Racers use it to maintain critical tire pressures.
Aircraftspruce.com sells a kit for portable use.
