Hi Scotty,
I have a 2006 Honda Accord V6 with 220,000 miles. I replaced the battery recently and now it won't always start when turning the key. I step on the brake and/or move the gear selector between park and drive and it will start. I changed the neutral safety switch and checked the starter relay switch but that didn't correct the problem. Could it be the ignition switch? What else could it be?
Thanks!

I’ve herd transmission computers can have issues like that.
Before you start, does your gauge cluster correctly indicate the gear you left it in? (id try not the default P but others like M1 or N)
(very common fault on euro Fords to display PRND as if no gear is selected because of a communication or grounding issue - never seen that happen on a Honda tho)

Reminds me of this, and how complex car issues can be.
(Spoiler to the video: this perfectly running low mileage duratec transit would sometimes not start cause of water leaking inside the engine!)
