Hope you can help I am desperate! I have a 2002 Hyundai Accent GL, automatic, mileage 169877.

Recently had the strangest thing happen. Out of the blue, No headlights, tail lights, dash lights or wipers, I DO have brake lights, blinkers, flashers, dome light, heater, stereo, and horn. The weird part is that my gear shift (automatic) is also stuck in the lock position and has to be released manually to drive. One day I went to turn on my wipers and they didn't come on, but they did shut off my headlights. As recommend, I replaced my battery, the headlight switch and the wiper switch but nothing changed. I have checked all the fuses and even though they are all good some don't seem to have power going to them that should. I am usually pretty good at figuring out how to fix my own car but this whole mess is killing my brain. I am broke and need answers.

**Note, this modle of Accent is the bare bones, no frills at all, the AC (that doesn't work lol) is literally the fanciest part of this car but she has been one of the best I have ever owned. Can you give me any help on this I am literally at the end of my rope?
