No Heat Passenger Side Toyota Venza

HI! I have a 2010 Toyota Venza and when I turn on the heat for both passenger and driver side, hot air blows out on the driver, but cool air blows out on all the outlets on the passenger side. Also, the air blows out cold from the center console vents for the backseat.
I read that it could be a "BLEND DOOR ACTUATOR" but I'm not sure kind of info to go in with to a repair shop. I'm afraid this will be loads of money!!
Also, what can cause a weird 1 second rattle when starting the car cold?

I have a Toyota Sienna. Had a similar problem with ice cold air blowing from the driver side vent and every other vent blowing warm air when the heater was on. I took it to the dealer (under warranty) three times before they fixed it. Turns out all they could have done the first time was hook it up to a computer. They found a code for a faulty blend door actuator. So maybe if you know someone with a code scanner or a good repair shop they can at least see if it's throwing a code before just replacing the part and hoping that's what it is.

Yes actuated probably gone bad and that's a very expensive repair requiring taking the dash apart only use a quality Toyota mechanic on that one.it's where the rap thing when they get higher mileage often the variable valve timing assembly on the engine rattles only when cold you can live with that but if it rattles all the time it will need super expensive engine repair
