Hello i am in the market for a used car and came upon a 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid Le for 13,500 with 95,000 miles at a used car dealer near me. Would this be a good deal? It has a lot of miles for being about a year old. Would i have to worry about the hybrid battery?

Also willing to take other car recommendations. My budget is 14,000 max and preferably something no more than 4 years old. Thanks

I would stay away from hybrid cars. You are paying that much money for a car and that is basically highway miles probably but still I do not think it is a good deal. I would consider a gasoline Corolla  2016+. You should be able to get one for 13 14 grand easily with lower mileage. Or consider like a 2016 Camry. 2016 Accord? There are great cars out there why spend your hard earned money on a hybrid with TONS of miles, especially for that price.

Original hybrid battery usually lasts 150k to 200k miles. Then you have to buy a new one or get it rebuilt. Both options cost several thousands of dollars. This is why I bought 2 years old gasoline Auris. 16k km for less than 13k€.
