Both heater hoses get hot after a while but no heat. When I change the temp from cold to hot to test for the blend door moving I can hear it. the coolant is at a good level

what vehicle?
how many miles on it? are u original owner?
was it purchased used?
is it a flood car?
Sounds like a "CLOG" somewhere.

Everything that's should get hot gets hot except the cabin air vents
