Hi. 2004 Toyota 4Runner Sport A/T doesn’t blow hot air. Thermostat was replaced by someone else. Coolant is full in radiator & expansion bottle. Heater in & out hoses are hot, blend door arm moves. Top radiator hose hot but lower radiator hose is cold even after engine has been running. Kindly assist

Well I would definitely start by buying a Toyota original equipment thermostat and putting it in. It could be that simple. But if not the radiator would have to be clogged up or the water pump isn't pumping the water through it. That's the only way one side could be hot and the other cold
