Hey Scotty, I'm currently living in Washington and there's a 2004 Volvo S60R for sale with about 190,000 mile for $8k listed. It got a fare amount of mods and services done to it. Newer gen turbo tuned to 15psi, a bunch of IPD performances mods, new clutch, new cv-axles, new PCV system, new haldex awd coupling oil pump and diff fluid. If it looks to be good in person as it does in the pics. Would this be a good buy as a daily/canyon carver and maybe to haul my motorcycle on a trailer? The bike only weighs about 550lbs. Looking to offer $7k to buy.

That's way too high a price for a nearly 2 decade old Volvo and you can count on it being an endless money pit.
