After attempting to swap out a blend door actuator I have no juice dead battery. Starter relay died replaced it every other relay and every fuse checked. Goat a new battery 3 years old that I’ve had it. Now there is power to the truck. Didn’t go to rest BMS after batt install. Have cautions high ,engine temp, low oil pressure, starter system failure, remove items near passenger seat. Everything worked on the truck before attempting blend door swap. 2013 F150 3.5 E Boost Lariat. Any help on dead truck would be appreciated thank you.

Well you probably broke the Cardinal sin of electrical work. Especially when working on dashes always remove the battery cables from the battery. If you didn't so many different things could have been shorted out during that work. It would make your head spin so check all fuses and all fuse boxes and try something stupid happen like you knocked a wire connector off inside the dash and just have to plug it back in
