I'm not having much luck finding good searches. 2015 Kia Sedona L passenger side sliding door won't open. I can hear something actuating when i hit the unlock bottom so something is moving. I know it's a coincidence but it happened a week after we got some work done to it at the dealer to replace a broken handle on the drivers side sliding door. Had some warranty work done too.
Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!

Well is you're finding out keys aren't ready that while they worked on the driver's side door another passenger side door doesn't open. Generally. It's a problem with the latching system. Going bad if your noises and they don't open the latch is not releasing an opening.
