I am truly frustrated I have a 2007 Infinity G35 sedan that seems to not want to power on. I have replaced the battery I already have a starter put on over the summer, and I just put a new alternator in. I was have The BCM replaced but not yet programmed. Now when I put the jumper cables on the battery the car will power on but due to the BCM not being programmed even with the old BCM the car would not start. The original BCM will just make ticking sounds I'm about to replace the positive battery terminal after that I don't know what else besides some type of fuse I guess
Before changing out more parts, try some troubleshooting first. Ideally, one would test the battery, starter and alternator prior to replacement. What codes were being thrown?
