2002 mercury sable gs automatic 167k no power steering I changed the power steering pump a used one, it blows the cap off will not keep fluid on the power steering pump. How do I know if its the lower arm, or the power steering pump? I get power steering with fluid but she wont keep.

check for leaks on the power steering pump
