  • I have 2001 Nissan Maxima 63,000 miles. I put a new fuel pump in, got a crank, no start. Did some testing of the electrical system and there are only 4 volts coming into the fuse. Tested the relay, it's fine. Where do I go now? Thank you

What is the voltage for that circuit at the relay?

Here's the kicker. I checked it one day, it was 4 volts, now, there is no power at all to any of my fuses!

My battery is fully charged.

Also need to let you know that I do have dash lights when I turn key on

You're going to need to check the wiring and grounds and find where the power stops or is greatly reduced. That thing is 22 years old and the fault could be almost anywhere.

Thanks for the info, this is going to be fun!

Tracing electrical problems always are! 😯
