Original owner of 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500 Duramax. No codes. If I turn the key to the ACC.position the radio and Windows have no electricaL power. But once I crank the engine I have power to everything. I have checked all the grounds and am at a lost.

Could be a worn ignition switch. You need to do some circuit tracing with a voltmeter or test light.
