I’d like to install a bolt on catalytic converter, because my cat got stolen. However, the thieves sawed the car off after the flanges, so no flanges are left on the pipe before and after the cat.
The only solution I can think of is taking it to a welder / muffler shop to weld it. Might there be any other solutions that don’t require welding?
If the flanges were there, a DIY job seems pretty doable, but with no flanges, next to impossible.
1999 Honda Accord.

The only way you can fix it now is by welding on flanges and putting it on or since that's such a pain. Just getting a universal catalytic converter that doesn't use flanges and just have that welded onto the pipes
