I have a 2015 GMC pickup. 20,000 miles on it! Wipers quit working. I checked the fuses, all good. How do you trouble shoot this? Get this, the relays are built in! Meaning you have to replace the whole fuse box if they are bad, and the wiper motor is buried under the cowl. I don't do well reading wiring diagrams. My eyes are not so good. I'm 72 years old. Help Naturally I discovered this in the pouring rain.

Unfortunately on modern vehicles everything is computer controlled and electrical systems are fiendishly complex. Your best bet would be to find a good independent mechanic who can diagnose the problem with a bidirectional scan tool. Stay away from stealerships and chain shops who will likely rob you blind.
