1993 Toyota Camry, 6 cylinder, Auto trans, 208,000 miles, Well maintained. 3rd owner
Immediately after start I hear a low, quiet winding-down sound. Lasts about 10 seconds. I can feel it, too. Somewhat grindy. Seems to come from the rear of the car.
What could it be and should I worry?

Well if it makes up the cars just running and idling and not moving down the road the only thing I can make noise back there would be the fuel pump which is inside the gas tank and they would mean it's starting to wear out
