Scotty! I have a 2007 silverado classic with 44k miles and an automatic trans, Recently my 2010 Scion tC died on me and since I don’t have 9k that was quoted for a jasper engine I drive the Silverado daily. It runs great, however winter is coming and my heat only stays hot when I’m at idle. Heat and ac both make a vibrating sound when turned past level 2.
I believe it’s a 4.3 v6 and I hear the vibrating in the dash on the passenger side

Well first change the thermostat on it may just be that stuck open but if not that realized those cars have computer run heating systems and often the control units go bad on those

Check and possibly replace the heater blower fan motor.
