Noise coming from my engine

Hello,

Around a month ago I changed my timing belt, timing pulleys, and water pump. Yesterday I noticed a distinct low rumbling noise coming from the area that my timing belt and water pump is. Is it possible that the new water pump is making that noise. I tried to attach a link to the video  i made of the noise, its the low rumbling noise that can be heard with the ticking noise. My car is a 2004 kia spectra ex.

Who worked on the car? Odds are that the installation is not done right.

Hello, thanks for responding. The job was done by myself and my friend and i felt we did it correctly. Is it possible that the pump is faulty, it came with the timing belt kit from advanced auto parts. Could it be that the drive belts are too loose, or that the pulley that attaches to the waterpump needs to be tightened?

So you didn't use the OEM parts for the timing belt and ...?
Remove the belt and check the pulleys to see where the problem is.
