Hello, I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado and I have this noise coming from the front left tire. I have changed the brake pads and even the wheel bearing but it still continues. I made sure the brake shield isn’t touching. I am completely lost. I included the noise it makes in a video.

I noticed that you didn't mention if you changed the rotor. I think that it could be warped therefore it's like that every constant interval sound cause the pad is rubbing the brake. Check that to see if that is the issue, you can also feel it if you take the tire off and rotate the rotor to see/feel it.
