I changed my front shocks about 8 months ago and for the past month, I noticed a creaking sound on the front passenger side when making left turns when cruising and when going over bumps. The noise doesn't appear when at a standstill. I inspected my shocks, rust-free, bolts are on good for the mounts on the hood, and no leakage. Is it the shocks or can it be something else?

Definitely a suspension component is either dry and needs lubrication or worn. What kind of struts did you buy? Sometimes cheaper aftermarket ones will wear pretty fast. Might also try some AT 205 reseal on your bushings on your sway bar and other rubber on that side. It will rejuvenate rubber. I tried it on my vehicles and it does wonders just like Scotty suggested.
