Noise when driving and shaking when braking

when I drive I can hear a humming sound intermittently and when I try to brake fast my car shakes. I’ve had my rotors and brake pads replaced , got new tires and rims and had them balanced with alignment done. I’ve had them lift my car to check and they say that my suspension looks good as well as my wheel bearings. It kinda sounds like I’m driving on the shoulder of the road at times. Is there something else that I can have them look at or is there something that I can do myself to try to pin point it. Sound is like hmmm…hmmm…hmmmm and I’m starting to feel it in my brake if I hover over it.

If you brake, does the noise go away?

As I’m pulled over right now in park I can hear somewhat like a helicopter sound. It’s not loud though. It’s like a vibration sound. As I press the brake it’s not making the sound right now.

yes, the noise does go away with the brake presses.

The pads are touching the rotors when the brake pedal is not pressed. Check the caliper.
